Tailor made Safaris
Our safaris are conducted in most parks and wildlife areas in Central and Northern Botswana. These areas are extremely varied and all deserving of a visit. Letting us know any preferences will help us immensely in designing the your perfect safari for you. Please be aware when looking at a map of the area that distances can be extremely misleading. A lot of our bush roads can be very slow going and do make every safari an expedition.
We offer a choice of 3 levels of comfort on our tailor made Safaris
Standard dome tent Safari
2023/4 Prices:
$ 280.00 per person per day, based on 4 or more people.
For 2 people add 30% to the price above.
For 3 people add 20% to the price above.
Accommodation:
3m x 3m dome tent with a comfortable bedroll (and linen). Bedside table with lantern. A seperate shower and toilet will be erected unless we will book to stay in the public sites in the parks where these facilities are provided.
Meals:
Early breakfast- Cereals, rusks tea and coffee.
Brunch- Eggs, beans, fried tomato, sausage and toast.
Light afternoon snack- Cold meats, salads breads.
Dinner- 2 courses, soup and a main or a main and desert.
Drinks:
3lts of drinking water per person per day & fruit juice for breakfast.
If you would like to take any drinks we will supply a cooler and ice.
For groups of more than 5 people a supply vehicle and 2 staff will set up camp ahead of you. For 5 or less people 2 staff will go with you and all equipment will be carried on the vehicle with you and in a trailer.
Luggage should be restricted to 20kg per person in soft bags, if this is not possible please give us prior warning.
There is a luggage storage facility for any bags you wish to leave in Maun.
If the safari starts or ends in Kasane there is a surcharge of $260.00 to get the vehicle and crew there or back the following day.
En-suite dome tent Safari

$ 320.00 per person per day , based on 4 or more people.
For 2 people add 30% to the price above.
For 3 people add 20% to the price above.
Accommodation:
3m x 3m tent with a comfortable bedroll (and linen) on stretchers. Bedside table with lantern. An enclosure will be attached at the back of each tent with own shower and toilet. For all of these safaris we use exclusive operators sites unless specified otherwise.
Meals:
Early breakfast- Cereals, yoghurt, rusks tea and coffee.
Brunch- Eggs, bacon, beans, fried tomato, sausage and toast.
Light afternoon snack- Cold meats, salads breads.
Dinner- 2 courses, soup and a main or a main and desert.
Drinks:
3lts of drinking water per person per day, fruit juice for breakfast and wine for dinner. If you would like to take any extra drinks we will supply a cooler and ice.
For groups of more than 4 people a supply vehicle and 2 staff will set up camp ahead of you. For 4 or less people 2 staff will go with you and all equipment will be carried on the vehicle with you and in a trailer.

Meru tent Safari
A minimum of 3 nights per campsite are required for our Meru tent Safaris, they are the perfect add-on between lodges if you wish to include some classic African Safari camping in your lodge itinerary. Unlike most lodges we have the flexibility of the daily itineraries and meals times to be adjusted to entirely accommodate you.

$ 420.00 per person per day, based on 4 or more people.
For 2 people add 30% to the price above.
For 3 people add 20% to the price above.
Accommodation:
3m x 4m Classic African Safari Meru tent with twin beds, bedside table, lantern and luggage rack. An enclosure is attached at the rear of each tent with own shower and toilet.
For our Meru safaris we only use exclusive operators sites unless requested otherwise.

Early breakfast- Cereals, home-made yoghurt, rusks tea and filter coffee.
Brunch- Eggs, bacon, beans, fried tomato, sausage and toast.
Light afternoon snack- Cold meats, salads, sandwhiches and fruit.
Dinner- 3 courses, a soup or starter, a main and desert.
Drinks:
All drinking water, soft drinks, local beers, ciders, spirits and wines.
